When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google's OAuth service.

When you browse sneakers, we store recently viewed items locally in your browser using localStorage — this data never leaves your device.

When you save favorites or set price alerts, we store those preferences in our database linked to your account.

Your email address is used to send price drop notifications when a sneaker you are tracking hits your target price. You can disable alerts at any time from your dashboard.

We use aggregated, anonymized browsing data to improve search relevance and surface trending sneakers. This data is never linked to your identity.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SnkrBeast uses session cookies strictly for authentication — to keep you logged in across pages. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Our analytics are privacy-first and do not fingerprint individual users. No cross-site tracking occurs.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — saved sneakers, price alerts, and profile information — is permanently removed within 30 days.

Price history data is anonymized and retained for market analysis purposes after account deletion.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our database is hosted on Supabase with row-level security enabled.

We regularly review our security practices and will notify you promptly if a breach occurs that affects your personal data.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage most preferences directly from your dashboard.

To request a full export of your data or account deletion, contact us at privacy@snkrbeast.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a banner on the site. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
